Women want a confident man, but not a haughty jerk. The "strong silent type" is not at all appealing. They want you to be interesting enough for them to want to learn more about you.
Online dating is not a competition between competing males for a female's attention. Grow a pair. Change your mind set from "winning" to "searching". It's not high school. You've been all grown up for quite some time now. Your attitude is your most valuable asset. You should like yourself and not focus on everything that isn't YOUR idea of the perfect guy...the one that all women want.
What do these women want, you might ask? That is an age-old question. As a woman, I can tell you what women want and what they don't want.
Women want a confident man...
NOT a haughty jerk. There is a significant difference. You must like yourself and not be self-deprecating, but you must not appear to believe that you are a gift from God and have just fallen from the sky. They also don't want you to believe that THEY have fallen from heaven and are some kind of perfect being. They are unable to meet that standard.
Women prefer communicators. The "strong silent type" is not at all appealing. They believe you don't have an original thought in your head and haven't heard a word they said, or that you simply don't care what they said or didn't hear what they said. They want you to be interesting enough for them to want to learn more about you, and they want you to think they're interesting enough to ask intelligent questions about what's important to them.
Women do not want to be considered a prize to be won. They don't want to be a showpiece. They want to be the ONE woman you want to spend your time with.
